Governance committees' agenda and minutes are publicly available in Board Docs .
The committee list is accessed by selecting the government building.
Select the committee you wish to view. Meetings are listed in chronological order on the left side of the screen.
Note: it is important to have current information in Board Docs. Post agenda and minutes (minutes no later than 1 month after meeting) in Board docs.

Moving around in Board Docs: [Quick tips for Publishers]
AGENDAS
Find your draft or existing [active] agenda under the "Meetings" tab on the menu bar
Adding New Category [dark bar] or New Agenda Item - in the Agenda go to the hamburger
Clic and drag Agenda Item where you want it in the Agenda
Rename Category by right click and typing then enter
Make the draft agenda "Active" from the list of active meeting dates - right click on the date of the meeting, select active
Put the agenda on the "Featured" landing page from the list of active meeting dates - right click on the date of the meeting, select feature, a star appears on the left of the date - be sure to remove it from the Feature page once the meeting is over
MINUTES
Copy/paste from Word - in Board Docs use Ctrl-v to paste
Ctrl-c to copy
use the horizontal bar icon to separate agenda items
select the box "Release" so that members and the public can view the minutes

"Linking" the minutes in the agenda:
The above steps need to be completed first.
In the "minutes approval" agenda item - go to the edit pencil. This opens up the "Agenda Item Details" - go to "Type", select approval of minutes, the "attach minutes" pull down menu appears, select the date of the meeting minutes that you want to link.
In addition to the above, adding a pdf attachment along with linking the minutes is good practice.
Mousing around - how to maneuver in Board Docs
Down arrow-pull down menu
Hamburger - to add New Category [dark bar] or New Agenda Item
Clic and drag to move agenda item or category
Go to "Meeting" tab in the upper right menu bar for active or draft [publishers only]
Use the pencil button to edit agenda items [in the body or main part of the screen]
Right clic on meeting date to make active or to feature it;
Right clic to remove from the feature page
Ctrl-V to paste minutes from a Word document
Copy minutes from a Word document, Select ALL, Ctrl-C or however you know how to do it
Can't find the agenda?
Go to the Meetings tab on the upper right menu bar - it may be in Drafts or Active
Check if you are logged with the person icon - use the arrow to see if you are logged in
Select your committee with the drop down menu next to the little Greek house [the Parthenon]
