FIRE HYDRAULICS

Fire Technology 107 is designed for review of basic mathematics; hydraulic laws and formulas as applied to the fire service; application of formulas and mental calculation to hydraulic problems; water supply problems; underwriters’ requirements for pumps. Lecture 3 hours.

Prerequisite: Fire Technology 101 or equivalent.

Note: This course may be taken 2 times; a maximum of 6 units may be earned.
