Open your Outlook Email App and select the drop down menu "Options" underneath your name.
Then select the "See All Options..." link.

Click on the "Groups" option followed by the
"Join" button

Select the group you would like to join

Close the window

There are some groups you may not be permitted to be added to.  If this happens contact the manager of the group.
